It depends on the length of the move. For local moves, we charge an hourly rate based on the length of time it takes to complete the move. For long distance moves, we charge by mileage and the weight of the items being moved, and any additional services you may require.
This is entirely up to you. You are more than welcome to pack up your own belongings, or we can do it for you for a nominal fee. For corporate relocations, be sure to check with your employer whether or not this is covered.
Yes, we provide basic liability coverage on all of our moves. However, this only covers the minimum, so you may also chose to purchase a Replacement Cost Protection Plan for additional security and peace of mind. Our associates or your company’s representatives can help guide you in deciding what is right for you.
Our availability is constantly changing, so it is best to call and ask about the specific moving dates that interest you. Typically, the summer months are the busiest in the moving industry, so you’ll want to schedule your move as far in advance as possible. Even in the non-peak months throughout the rest of the year, advance planning is still recommended to ensure that your preferred dates are available.
